Signing in

Put your email in on Profile and tap the link we email you, on the same phone. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. Once you're in, you can set a password in Settings → Password and use Use a password next time.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete my account. It's immediate and can't be undone. See the privacy policy for what's deleted.

My course isn't mapped, or the map's wrong

Open the course and tap Mark it out: a tee and a green on every hole gets it playing; outline the greens and fairways and your name goes on it as its mapper. If a shared map is off, tap Changed? on the course after your round.

Reporting a post or a person

Tap the ··· on a post to report it or block the person. Reports come straight to us.

Distances look wrong

Check your location is allowed for Shot Bro (iPhone Settings → Shot Bro → Location → While Using). Under trees or near buildings GPS can be a few metres out.
